Starting 9/8/2016, the iC3 Dashboard will start conforming to Bank of America rules concerning dormant user accounts:

• Dormant for 90 days: User accounts that have not been used for over 90 days will be disabled for the iC3 Dashboard. When this happens, an email will be sent to the user to inform them.
• Dormant for 60 days: User accounts that have not been accessed for 60 days will receive an email warning that their account will be disabled if they do not login within 30 days.
